MOMI server software prior to version 6.17i reports CPU Collector Down in all processors when running under version L25.09 of the Nonstop Operating system.

The MOMI server version is displayed on the client screen Configure / Server.

If you are upgrading to L25.09 (or later) first upgrade your MOMI software to the latest version on our website. The newer server also runs on pre-L25.09 systems. 

The new operating system introduced KLT (Kernel Level Threads) plus several other changes. One of these changes increased the maximum number of PCBs per processor which was not compatible with older versions of the MOMI server.
